Dog transport trailers
A dog transport trailer consists of a chassis, on which a heat-insulated box is mounted. The chassis features a galvanized frame with a single or double axle. If the chassis itself is necessary to be used, it is possible to remove the box from the frame and use the chassis with the platform for other purposes. The boxes can be designed for one, two, three, four or six dogs. The number of transported dogs can be higher with special transport boxes; it always depends on the client’s requirements and needs. The boxes are also made as separate items, designed for pick-up vehicles or for platforms. Additional installation of a bicycle/boat holder, etc. is possible.
Parameters of dog trailers
The heat-insulated box features sandwich walls based on an aluminium structure; the insulation is made of hardened white polystyrene or PUR foam. The outer and inner linings are made of laminate. The floor panel is stiffened by reinforcements and has a washable surface, on which a removable wooden grate can be placed.
Individual boxes have an inner emergency door with aluminium reinforcements. The outer one is heat insulated. The ventilation is ensured by an adjustable impact air ventilation window in the ceiling, optionally with electric ventilation. If necessary, it is possible to install air-conditioning. The boxes can have emergency side ventilation. Storage room for a spare wheel, leashes, muzzles, etc. can be created in the double ceiling panel or by placing roof box on the longitudinal supports, which are supplied as part of standard equipment, or on the pulling rod. The surface finish of the transport box is made according to the client’s requirements (coloured foil, sprayed coating, and advertising stickers), standard colour is white. Two-deck boxes can be created on request. The dog transport boxes can also be on request delivered in double axle version, brake axles are also offered.

Folding platform trailer is of strong welded frame, which is joint with double axle of AL-KO or KNOTT company. The floor is waterproof foil coated plywood.
